3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the products ordered. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

4. International Shipping: At the moment, Capedell offers shipping within India only. We do not provide international shipping.


We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Our returns process is designed to be simple and hassle-free.

1. Return Eligibility: You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it if it is damaged, defective, or not as described. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please ensure that the product is properly packed to prevent damage during return transit.

3. Return Shipping: The return shipping cost will be borne by Capedell in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. For other reasons, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Time Frame: The return process, from initiation to refund, is estimated to take up to 4 working days.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
